Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Coonnect Agency.

  1. Ad Budget Responsibility
    All paid advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads or other platforms) must be provided directly by the client. The agency service fee does not include the advertising budget.

  2. Non-Refundable Payments
    All plan payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once the service has started.

  3. Content Approval
    All content, posts, and marketing materials will be published only after client approval.

  4. Service Duration
    All plans are billed on a monthly basis and services will be provided according to the selected package.

  5. Client Cooperation
    The client must provide necessary information, images, product details, and approvals on time. Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

  6. Marketing Results Disclaimer
    Coonnect Agency does not guarantee specific results such as exact sales, leads, or revenue, as marketing performance depends on various factors including competition, market demand, and ad budgets.

  7. Platform Policies
    Clients must follow advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.). The agency will not be responsible for account restrictions or suspensions caused by policy violations.

  8. Service Modifications
    Coonnect Agency reserves the right to update or modify service terms and packages when necessary.
